CANCELLATION & NO SHOW

When booking an appointment you will be asked to place a deposit which will be applied to your service. Any deposits made will be forfeited due to Cancellations or No Shows. For rescheduling, please allow 24-48 hour notice, any rescheduling without at least 24-48 hour notice will result in forfeited deposits. Only one rescheduling is allowed, please reschedule accordingly to avoid forfeiting your deposits. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

LATE POLICY

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, you may need to reschedule and forfeit your deposit and place another deposit for a new appointment. Please allow yourself extra time for traffic or any issue that may occur to avoid losing your deposit.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • No coffee or other stimulants
  • No Alcohol or other blood thinners
  • No Retin A skincare products
  • If you have any questions concerning medical conditions please consult your doctor before scheduling your appointment

DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IF:

  • You are under the age of 18
  • You are pregnant or nursing
  • If you have keloid scarring
  • You are taking blood thinning medications
  • You have viral infections or diseases
  • If you have a serious medical condition you must come with a doctor’s note stating the condition and the clearance to proceed with cosmetic tattooing. NV BEAUTY LOFT will not be held accountable for any unforeseen situations during your session.
  • NV BEAUTY LOFT reserves the right to refuse and fire a client at any given time.

NEW CLIENT WITH PREVIOUS WORK DONE

  • If you’ve had previous work done by another artist, please DO NOT book as TOUCH UP. Please email [email protected] or text (414)334-5833, a clear photo of your brows before booking and call for a consultation.

(Additional $150 may be applied for correction.)

SALES & SERVICE POLICY

  • All sales are final once you have received any service from NV BEAUTY LOFT.
  • Any refund is non-negotiable once service has been rendered.
